Register for Season 5

Confirm your email to finish

Choose Java, Cracked Java, or Bedrock, then enter your original Minecraft username or Xbox gamertag and your email address. Use the name without a server-added prefix. Keep any underscores that belong to your original name.

Open the confirmation email and follow its link. Your registration is not confirmed until you do. Email confirmation records your details; ownership of the Minecraft account will be checked in game.

What registration includes

Joining is free. You can receive Season 5 news and possible testing invitations, though a place in testing is not guaranteed. You can unsubscribe anytime.

The free First Swarm reward

Confirm your public registration before the Season 5 game server opens publicly to qualify for the First Swarm title and subtle honey-gold particles with an off switch. Private tests, previews and unconfirmed entries do not qualify.

Claim within 90 days after the public game opening, with proof of control of the eligible inbox and ownership of your in-game account. There is one grant per verified player, usable through Season 5 only. Marketing unsubscribe does not remove earned eligibility.

Before the game opens

Season 5 is still in development, with no announced opening date. Registration does not give immediate game access. The in-game reward preview and secure claiming instructions will be shared before opening.
